Preparation of a record
The record prepared regarding the complaint shall include the User's name and address or electronic mailing address, the place, time, and method of submitting the complaint, a detailed description of the complaint, as well as a list of documents presented by the User. In the case of a verbal complaint submitted in person, the Service Provider shall provide the User with a copy of the record on site.
Telephone complaint handling
The Service Provider assigns a unique identification number to verbal complaints made by the User by telephone or through other electronic communications services.
The Service Provider shall send a copy of the record prepared regarding the complaint to the User no later than at the same time as the substantive response.
During telephone complaint handling, the Service Provider makes a voice recording, which it retains for five years.
The Service Provider shall make the voice recording made during telephone administration available to the User free of charge upon request, and shall also provide the opportunity to listen to the voice recording at its customer service office or, upon request, send a copy of it electronically. The Service Provider shall fulfill a request for access to the voice recording within thirty days from becoming aware of the request.
2. Handling written complaints
Response deadline
The Service Provider shall respond to the User's written complaint in writing, substantively, and in a verifiable manner within thirty days of its receipt. If the Service Provider rejects the User's complaint, it must provide reasons for its position.
If the User fails to provide their name and address or electronic mailing address, fails to provide a detailed description of the complaint, or fails to provide the records, documents, and other evidence necessary to assess the complaint, the Service Provider shall not be required to respond to the complaint.
The Service Provider shall immediately acknowledge receipt of a complaint submitted through the electronic interface/form provided by it at the electronic mailing address provided by the consumer.
Retention of documentation
The Service Provider shall retain the record prepared regarding the complaint, the written complaint, and a copy of the substantive response provided to it for three years and shall present them upon request by the supervisory authorities.

3.1. Initiating conciliation board proceedings
When handling complaints and providing information to consumers, the Service Provider cooperates with associations representing consumer interests, as well as with consumer protection authorities.
The Service Provider informs the User that it has submitted a general declaration of submission in writing, valid until revoked, to the conciliation board according to its registered office or – with effect extending to all conciliation boards – to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK).
The Service Provider informs Users that, in addition to Users qualifying as consumers, the following may also apply to a conciliation board: a civil organization, ecclesiastical legal entity, condominium association, housing cooperative acting for purposes outside the scope of its independent occupation and economic activity, as defined by separate legislation, as well as a consumer who is a citizen of a Member State or has a place of residence in a Member State, and a business established in a Member State that purchases goods or uses services within the European Union exclusively for final use, or acts with such an intention.
3.2. Consumer protection authority proceedings
Before initiating proceedings by the consumer protection authority, the User is required to attempt to resolve the disputed matter directly with the Service Provider.
The User may initiate proceedings before the consumer protection authority if the Service Provider has violated the provisions set out in consumer protection legislation, in particular its obligations relating to the distribution of products, provision of services, complaint handling, customer service, the quality, composition, and packaging of products, pricing, the handling of warranty and guarantee claims, and consumer information.
An application submitted to the consumer protection authority must contain:
- the name and registered office address of the Service Provider,
- the place where the conduct being complained of occurred,
- a brief description of the subject matter of the application, supported by the available documents, including in particular the response letter provided by the Service Provider to the User's inquiry, the record prepared of the verbal complaint, and, in the case of a complaint submitted by post or electronically, the document certifying the dispatch.
Proceedings before the consumer protection authority may not be initiated more than three years after the violation occurred. If the unlawful conduct is continuous, the time limit begins when the conduct ceases.
In proceedings before the consumer protection authority, associations representing consumer interests shall also have the rights of a client within the scope of protecting the consumer interests they represent.
If the consumer protection authority establishes a violation of consumer protection provisions, it may, among other measures, order the unlawful situation to be remedied, prohibit the continuation of the unlawful conduct, set a deadline requiring the Service Provider to eliminate the identified deficiencies, or impose a consumer protection fine.
4. Procedure of the Service Provider in the case of repeated complaints
If the User submits a complaint again with the same content as a complaint that has previously been substantively answered and that contains no new information, the Service Provider may refrain from investigating it. The Service Provider may likewise refrain from investigating complaints submitted by an unidentified person.
5. Compliance with the requirement of written form
The Service Provider may fulfill its obligations regarding the handling of written complaints by letter, fax, or electronically, provided that the method used allows the data to be stored permanently and displayed in an unchanged form.
XI.Other provisions and information
1. The Service Provider informs the User that
a. the annual availability of the servers ensuring data processing exceeds 99.9%. Regular backups are made to protect the data, so in the event of data loss, the original content can be restored,
b. the stored information is placed in MSSQL and MySQL databases, and sensitive data is protected with strong encryption, for which we use hardware-based encryption solutions integrated into the processor.
2. The Service Provider informs the User that the Sellvio rating system operates on the Website.
a. The rating system does not rate individual products, but rather the operation of the webshop itself, exclusively based on the opinions of actual Users.
b. The following technical security measures are applied during the review process:
i. The option to submit a review is activated exclusively after a purchase. The system operates independently of the Website, and the reviews are stored by Sellvio (ErdSoft Kft.: company registration number: 06-09-030198, registered office: 6720 Szeged, Kígyó utca 4.).
ii. A review may only be submitted after a purchase, based on an invitation sent to the e-mail address provided.
iii. It is important to note that neither ratings nor reviews can be deleted – both positive and negative feedback are displayed, thus the system provides an authentic picture of the operation of the Webshop.
